- JYJohn YeouartFeb 9, 20261.0Visited the store on the 8th Feb 2026. Went with the intention of buying a Remarkable 2 Paper Pad. The item was clearly advertised and labelled with the item in the display cabinet as Grade A and including a pen and protective folder. I agreed to buy the item with the young lady I was dealing with. When I come to pay, I asked where the pen and folder was. I pointed to the label that she had in her hand that showed this. She was searching for them when one of the guys, I assume someone senior said it no longer came with the pen or folder. Apparently their policy had changed. Basically they separated the items out and decided to charge £70 for the pen and £28 for the folder, on top of the £310 for the Pad. Basically not far off retail new cost! I imagine the person who sold them it didn't get the option to sell these items separately! Absolute rip off and false advertising! Will never trust or use them again.
